Passwords can be changed under User Accounts. Head to Settings>Users>User Accounts, select the user whose password you would like to change. and head to the Admin Tab. 
Enter and confirm your new password, making sure to hit Save Password.
Note: If you would like the user to be given the option of changing this password upon initial login, select the Force Reset option.
