When you enter the Preview or Auto dialer, or when you are connected to a call in the Predictive dialer, this is the screen that you will see.  To the left you will have your web-phone with call information, and to the right you will have all information stored on the contact, including previous notes and history as well as your options for dispositioning a call.

In general, your dialing process will go in this order:

  1. Call contact, editing contact info as needed.  
  2. End Call
  3. Add any Contact Notes
  4. Add any Disposition Notes
  5. Disposition call
