Please check the Mic settings in Windows.
1. Check the Microphone Settings
Take these steps:
Step 1. Click the Start button and then click Settings.
Step 2. Click Privacy.
Step 3. In the left panel, click the Microphone section.
Step 4. Toggle the switch of Let apps use my microphone to On.
(you may have to toggle it Off and back to On)
