Functionality:
- Moves contact into the funnel, into a bucket of your choosing.
- Closes out the contact in that campaign (will not be called through the dialing queue anymore).
- Creates a lead out of the contact.
Configuration:
Note: Select the appropriate bucket out of the "Pipeline Bucket" drop-down. This designates where the lead will be placed.
