Functionality:
- Each Voicemail Drop disposition you create will automatically drop a pre-recorded message when selected.
- You may record your own voice directly into Sales Sling or upload an audio file.
Note: You may create multiple VM Drop dispositions for multiple voicemail options.
How to Use:
Important: You should use this disposition immediately after the answering machine "beep" - and the system will take care of the rest!
When a voicemail drop disposition is selected the system will automatically move on to the next call. While you are dialing your next contact the system carries on the previous call in the background.

There are a few different 'flavors' of this feature - depending on some settings that are applied to your instance when it was created. Also, optional features such as the AMD feature with Predictive dialing work automatically.
Alternate VM Drop feature:
When a voicemail drop disposition is selected the system will automatically move on to the next call. While you are dialing your next contact the system carries on the previous call in the background, waiting for an answering machine beep to drop your recording. This means that you can use this disposition any time before the answering machine "beep" and the system will take care of the rest!
