SalesSling is a web-based application. No installation or plugins are required.
However, there are some requirements to be able to use SalesSling and make and receive calls.
Minimum
Software:
Google Chrome v66 or higher, recommend latest release
Hardware:
Headset with headphones and Mic.
- USB preferred, but 3.5 headphone jack ok
Recommended
Chrome can be resource intensive, so we recommend 4 GB of RAM for the best experience
Not Supported:
Most browsers can access SalesSling, but full dialing functionality requires Chrome
Unfortunately, Apple iPads do not fully utilize Chrome, and will be unable to make or receive calls
