It can be helpful to clear cache in Chrome, especially if there are any issues after an update.


- with SalesSling open - 

Press F12, to open Developer tools

Click on the Application Tab

Click on the Clear Storage tab on the left

Click Clear site data at the bottom


Please close Chrome, then retry.




Note:

Depending on your flavor of Chrome, you may need to access Developer Tools from the settings section - 

Click the 3 dots for settings in the upper right

Choose More tools > Developer Tools
