Unlike Preview or Auto Dialing, the predictive dialer will call out multiple campaigns at once, per your admin's configurations. When you enter the predictive dialing queue there will be no ringing. You will hear a beep in your headset when the dialer connects you with someone, and their contact will be pulled up on your screen.
Note: When you hear the beep, you are ON a call with someone. Even though there is no ringing, you must be aware and prepared at all times when in the predictive queue.
1. To enter the predictive dialing queue, find the Predictive Dialing window in your Agent Dashboard and click Enter Queue.
2. Disposition calls normally.
