1. Log in to your Sales Sling agent dashboard. If this is your first time doing so, check out our guide on how to login.
2. Make sure to enable your microphone and notification permissions.
3. Switch your phone to Online and head to the campaigns tab in the left menu.
4. From your Agent Dashboard, go to the campaign you would like to start dialing and select either Preview Dial or Start Auto Dialing, depending on the type of dialing you will be doing. If you will be using the predictive dialer see our tutorial here.
