From your Manager Dashboard, locate the “Campaigns” box 

Choose the campaign in which you would like to assign permissions, click on the “Actions” drop-down menu, and select “Edit Configuration.”


Select the "Permissions" from the top menu of tabs. 

"Dialing Permissions" will allow you to set which users/groups of users will be allowed to dial contacts from the campaign.

"Appointment Recipients" will allow you to control which users/groups of users dialers may set calendar events for.
